This year has explosive energy, it is very important that you start the day right.
Setting a direction for you day is one of the easiest ways to do that. So how do you do that?
Is your day going to be for rejuvenation? Is it a day where you need to have a lot of mental focus? Will you be assisting and supporting someone? Whatever the case, you should set your “internal” direction accordingly.
Take a minute, breathe slowly.
Understand what general direction you need today, and communicate that to your body.
Feel your body’s internal state, how close are you to that direction? Let’s move closer to it.
Think about that direction, then feel the change in your direction within the body, within the mind, within the spirit.
Do you need to harness more Yang (“Fiery”) energy within you? Do you need more Yin (“Soft”) energy?
Bring those elements to your mind, then feel them with your body.
Breathe in and out slowly. Feel the change with each breath.
Become the change.
Secure your direction.
Enjoy your day and do good things.
